Please Note: If you use the pay the deposit option now, I will not be shipping out the completed product until the balance has been paid. There have been delays of up to 2 weeks on delivery of the dress because of this.

NOTE Not all information may be necessary eg. skirt length for a baton suit or sleeve length in a sleeveless outfit. Just fill in whatever is necessary.
