Dress Prices

My dress prices are listed in  CANADIAN DOLLARS $$$$ except for the  Custom Order which are $135 USD.  

Payments

Interac e-mail Money Transfer: You would access your own online banking and make a request to send an e-mail money transfer. It is essentially like paying a biller online or the equivalent of using your debit  card. With my bank the tab is located on the right side of the page and is labelled: Send an Interac Email Money Transfer. The banks have it set up that there is a security question you are asked to provide and I have to answer correctly in order to get the funds. Obviously you would e-mail me the answer! My bank does not charge me to do this transfer but some banks have a $1.50 charge. I never see any of your financial information. PayPal:  You can pay with your debit or major credit card through this method. You will be automatically directed to this secured site at checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account it is a very simple process to set up, costs nothing and your purchase is further protected. Canadian Money Orders: for the full amount of item(s) with taxes (if applicable) and shipping included. Item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of money order. Please e-mail me if you are using this option.

Delivery times are given by Canada Post of which I have no control over.  Please note that the delivery dates for shipments to the USA and internationally can be delayed due to customs regulations. Delivery dates outside Canada are approximations that do not include delays due to customs.  Postage includes the cost of the envelope and Canadian rates have PST, HST and fuel surcharge taxes while USA and International rates have a fuel surcharge tax! Please Note: If you would like me to check on cheaper methods of international shipping, I will do so on an individual basis as rates vary depending upon shipping destination. May have to substitute Priority Mail at more expensive rate if looking for fastest delivery method if XpressPost is not an option for your area.

Exchanges     

I strive for and believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you may do so within 10 days of receipt of item(s) for a full STORE CREDIT  however shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Item(s) must be received within 10 business days, unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Insurance is recommended on return postage as I will not be responsible for lost items. Item(s) showing evidence of wear or use will not be accepted for store credit and buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. No Exceptions!

This  policy is NOT applicable to item(s) listed in the clearance section or the $20 and $30 sale dresses. Custom order dresses will ONLY be accepted for exchange due to defects in dress.

Sizes      

Please check measurements carefully as each designer have their own size ranges.  Please see  Sizing Charts  for more information. Check the measurements not the size given as a skater may fit either a size larger or smaller depending upon the designer. If in doubt, send me your measurements and I will check against the dress your are interested in to ensure the fit will be good. Remember, GIRTH is the most important measurement; if this isn't right, the dress will not fit! If your measurements are close to the maximum range in more than one measurement, I suggest you select the next larger size.

Taxes               

Item prices do not include taxes. If applicable, taxes will be added during the checkout process. I am a registered business obligated by law to collect: 13% NL, NS, and NB   5% remainder of Canada         

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Garment Care            

I state a very general care for your dresses which includes gentle hand washing in cold water using Woolite®, no ironing, no bleaching, no wringing out, hang to dry.  Any dress with airbrushing or hand-painting should be DRY CLEAN ONLY. Some designers have their own product care labels sewed onto their products and you should check the garment and ALWAYS follow THEIR instructions!
