This dress utilizes a new with tags, custom-designed, competition quality body suit. The main body, neckline and lower sleeves are a deep sky blue plush velvet. The upper chest, shoulders and sleeves are white lycra that is accented with silver metallic stars throughout. At the seam where the fabrics join, Swarovski hotfix crystal rhinestones have been added for extra sparkle on both the front and back. The double-layered, full-flowing skirt is a white and silver sparkle knit fabric. It is trimmed with blue threading at the hemline to match with the upper body. A matching sparkle knit hair scrunchie is included.
