This custom-designed dress utilizes a new custom-made long sleeved body suit. The main body is a velvet of deep sea blue. This fabric is very plush and shimmers in the light. The scooped neckline is accented with Swarovski crystal rhinestones in a V-shaped pattern at the front. This dress features a new design for the double-layered, full-flowing skirt. The underlay is a silver stretch metallic fabric with a stretch floral lace of blues and silver draping beautifully over the top, allowing the silver metallic to shine through. Each layer is trimmed with royal blue threading at the hemline to match with the upper body. A matching blue/silver lace hair scrunchie is included
