This custom-designed dress utilizes a spruce green, crushed velvet body suit. It features long sleeves and a collar that closes at the back with a plastic clasp leaving a key-hole opening. The collar has been trimmed with lacy sequined appliqué to add a bit of sparkle and elegance. The double-layered, full-flowing skirt is a white jersey chiffon type-fabric trimmed with teal green threading at the hemline. A matching white hair tassle is included.
