Beautiful, custom made ice skating dress with matching hair scrunchie included. The bodice of the dress is fully line. It's made out of soft, stretched velvet with a chiffon double layered skirt. Dress is decorated with beautiful hand sewn sequins/beads/pearls and is hand-painted.
