This custom-designed dress utilizes a beautiful, new without tags (custom-made)  body suit .  The main body is a shimmery lilac velvet with a subtle floral pattern of pink and blue that is embedded into the fabric.   The neckline is higher than a tank-style offering more coverage front and back. The double layered, full-flowing skirt is a lilac chiffon on top of  a pink chiffon underlay. Each layer is trimmed with contrasting pink and lilac threading at the hemline. A matching lilac and pink chiffon hair tassle is included. 

Unstretched measurements:  bust 26"   waist 21"   hips 23"           girth 50".
