This custom-designed dress utilizes a competition quality "Duck's Crossing" body suit. The tank-styled main body is plush blue velvet. White glitter velvet and a red velvet stripe across the front chest create a beautiful contrast. The double-layered, full flowing skirt is a white georgette fabric with contrasting red threading at the hemline. A matching white/red hair tassle is included.
