The skirt and attached briefs are bright yellow lycra. The skirt is embellished on the right front side with bright flowers with sequin centers. The dress has a scooped neckline, with the back scoop being about 3 inches lower than the front. The bodice of the dress is lined with a lot of stretch in fabric.
