Stretchy, soft teal spandex. The sleeves and skirt are made of a shiny teal lycra spandex with tiny glittery teal dots. Has a high neckline with lower back. The skirt is gathered at the waist and attached underneath is the matching brief. Designer tagged as child large but I would suggest closer to a medium.
