The bodice of the dress is fully line. It's made out of soft, stretched  velvet with a double layered skirt; silky patterned overlain a black. Dress is decorated with beautiful hand sewn sequins/beads/pearl and hand-painted. Dress comes with a matching hair scrunchie.
