Fabric allows for excellent four-way stretch. All edges have been professionally surged with the entire torso fully lined.The torso area is made from a multicolored floral stretch fabric.  The shoulder area is made from a white mesh stretch fabric. The skirt area is made from a blue color stretch fabric. Hundreds of multicolor sequins have been hand sewn on the front and back and around the waist. A matching scrunchie is included.

Problem:The dress is new with tags from designer however I noticed blue pen marks on skirt. These may washed out but I did not try. Not very noticeable because of blue skirt with blue pen mark.
