The entire dress features alternating "swirl" panels of lush red stretch velvet and white stretch lycra. The bodice of the dress is fully lined. The back of the dress zips up. The circle skirt features panels of red stretch velvet and white stretch lycra.
Problem: In my opinion,clear sewn in straps at the shoulders are needed for stability. (The tags are in place for attachment of straps) A panty is not included.
