Dress features a pretty yellow satin collar.  Short puffed blue and white cotton checked sleeves are trimmed with yellow satin at the cuffs.  The bodice is blue and white checked cotton.  The back of the dress is lush stretch white lycra for a smooth and easy fit. The full skirt features an underneath layer of yellow sheer with double ruffled hem, trimmed with yellow sequins.  The top layer is blue and white checked cotton with yellow satin ribbon trim at the hem.  Underneath is an attached blue and white checked cotton  panty .     

Problem: Faint residual smell of tobocca smoke(?).   I hung this dress outside in the fresh air (did not wash) and smell appears to be gone ? however I am still classifying as used because of original odor.
