This 2 piece costume features a pretty seafoam green velvet leotard with accenting hot pink piping down the front. The tutu features an elasticized waist with silk flower in the middle and attached pink sheer scarf that ties behind the waist. The tutu has three layers of pink sheer and a top layer of turquoise lycra, dotted with tons of sequins.
