Bodice is made of stretch velvet with a double chiffon skirt. Dress is exquisitely hand painted and adorned with hand sewn sequins. It is fully lined and comes with a matching hair scrunchie.
Unstretched measurements: Chest: 28-30" Waist: 25-27" Hips: 31-33" Girth: 50-52"
Problem: There is a small area that the handpainting was smudged. It would not be noticeable when viewed on ice, otherwise very beautiful design.
