One piece costume features single black velvet shoulder straps that crisscross in back. The bodice is stretch black velvet, trimmed with crystals in a diagonal from top of bodice to waist. Also attached to the black velvet is long black swingy fringe for a dramatic look! The pant legs are nice and full and are deep aqua stretch lycra. Included is a hair scrunchie.
