If your shipping charges seem higher than what is shown on the policy page, please contact me to send you an updated bill. The problem is originating when accessory items are included with a dress/skirt or by themselves but still get charged shipping costs because it is another item in the cart. I DO NOT charge anything over actual costs and will ship for FREE any accessory item I can fit into the same envelope provided weight restrictions are not exceeded. If exceeded,I will then ship the extra item at actual cost.
